The Martin C. Frost House

The Martin C. Frost House, located at 400 South Federal Highway in Dania Beach, Florida, is a significant historical property. It was completed in 1924 by Edgar S. Tubbs for Martin C. Frost, a prominent Dania Beach farmer, politician, and developer.
The house is a well-preserved example of Mediterranean Revival architecture, reflecting the area’s rapid growth and prosperity during the 1920s land boom. It stands in the Dania Heights subdivision, which Frost himself developed in October 1923.
The residence is notable for its exuberant South Florida design and is one of the best-preserved historic buildings in the city along Federal Highway.
